Meet the Fort Worth Team Behind Crestview Roofing Co Fort Worth
The people who show up to your door in Fort Worth are the same people who measure, nail, seal, and inspect your roof. No subcontractor roulette, no crew you’ve never seen before. Our Fort Worth team is built around technicians who’ve spent years on Texas roofs, from the hail-scarred neighborhoods of Wedgwood to the mature oaks of Ridglea Hills. They’re background-checked, uniformed, and they’ll tell you their name before they touch a ladder. Here’s who you’ll meet.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T., Lead Repair Technician
Marcus runs point on most repair calls in Fort Worth. He’s been doing residential roofing for 14 years, and the last 6 of those have been with our crew. His specialty is finding the leak that two other companies missed. The slow ones, the ones that only show up when the wind blows sideways off Lake Worth. He’s certified with GAF and CertainTeed systems and handles most flashing work himself, because that’s where roofs actually fail. Off the clock, Marcus coaches his son’s little league team and has strong opinions about proper barbecue technique, which he will share if you ask about the smoker in his truck.
Sarah J., Senior Installer
Sarah leads full replacement and new installation crews across Fort Worth. She started in commercial roofing right out of trade school, switched to residential about a decade ago, and she’s been with Crestview since 2016. Her team handles the steep pitches and complex valleys that make up so many older Fort Worth homes, particularly in Arlington Heights and Mistletoe Heights. She’s Owens Corning and IKO trained and runs her crew with a level of organization that borders on intimidating. When the job site is cleaned at the end of the day, it’s because Sarah has already walked it twice. She’s a runner, which her knees occasionally remind her about.
Elena R., Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice on the phone when you call Fort Worth. She’s been coordinating roofing service in the DFW area for 9 years. Her job is to make sure you know exactly who’s coming, when they’ll arrive, and what the next step is. She’s the one who sends your written price before any work begins and your digital invoice by text when the job is done. If a technician is running late because I-35 is doing what I-35 does, Elena calls you before you have to call us. She grew up in Fort Worth, knows the neighborhoods, and can usually guess which side of the house catches the worst sun. She says her job is basically translation, turning roofing jargon into plain English for homeowners.
Devon B., Apprentice Technician
Devon joined the Fort Worth team two years ago as an apprentice and has been on a fast track since. He works alongside Marcus on repair calls, learning the trade the honest way: carrying shingle bundles, pulling nails, and figuring out why a roof leaks at the chimney before anyone tells him the answer. He’s working toward his manufacturer certifications and already handles a lot of gutter and drip edge work on his own. Devon grew up in Crowley and takes a certain pride in keeping Fort Worth homes in good shape. He’s also the designated drone operator for before-and-after documentation, because the rest of us are either too old or too honest about our screen time limits.
One Standard, Every Job
Every roof we touch in Fort Worth runs on the same rules. A written price before any work starts. No surprise change orders, no “we found something while we were up there” phone calls that double the bill. Before-and-after photos so you see exactly what got fixed and why it matters. A live trackable arrival time through The Relay Standard, so you’re not sitting around waiting on a two-hour window. A digital invoice sent by text when everything is done. And every repair is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise, in writing, included with every job. If it fails within a year, we come back and fix it at no charge. Dylan Pace, the owner of Crestview Roofing Co Fort Worth, holds every crew member to that standard, because a guarantee only means something if the people doing the work are held to it. That’s how this team has operated since 2000, and it’s not changing.
